DAR Camp & Ride

Returning for a second year in 2024! The club has reserved five lean-tos at the beautiful Daughters of the American Revolution State Park on Lake Champlain.
The area is filled with great roads in all directions. Spend all day Saturday riding the Green Mountains or the Adirondacks… or both! Then come back to the campground to watch the sun set over the lake.
AJ Walmouth has laid out an amazing dirt ride around the lower Lake Champlain area of Vermont and Dennis Gilkenson has created an equally fantastic pavement ride over into the Adirondacks. Both will be posted in the Rides section soon.
This will be a BYO food event, similar to the NEK Camp & Ride. Attendees can organize to cook at the campground, bring back takeout or go find a place to sit and eat. There is a general store and creemee stand just down the road and a number of restaurants not too far away.
