Publishing the MOVer PDF
The automated email goes out the Saturday eight days before the monthly breakfast. The MOVer post should be published the preceding Friday to make sure it’s included in the email.
The format for naming the PDF has been MOVer-[YEAR]-[MON].pdf. So, MOVer-2022-SEP, for example. There’s no strong reasoning behind this format and it doesn’t sort perfectly, but it has been in use for several years, so we may as well remain consistent.
The PDF is published as a regular WordPress post with the categories of MOVer and PDF. It includes only a file embed containing the PDF. The title format is MOVer: [Mon] [YEAR] and the download link is renamed to MOVer [Mon] [YEAR].
The Guest Author field in the sidebar should be Newsletter Contributors.
