The BMW MOV is looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming Green Mountain Rally on September 10-12 at Camp Thorpe in Goshen, Vermont. Because of the constantly changing guidelines due to COVID-19 variant D, I wanted to let you know what we will be doing in preparation for your arrival.
First, I hope that you have all had your COVID shots. This is the most important step you can take to help ensure the well-being of both yourself, your loved ones and your friends.
We are fortunate to have the pavilion with quite a bit of outdoor seating. Additionally, we will put the coffee pots out in the pavilion. The kitchen and the dining hall seem to be areas where we can improve ventilation. We will install box fans in both rooms, strictly limit the number of people in the kitchen at one time, and move about half the tables from the dining hall to the porches and a large tent.
The rest is up to you; we will have masks available for those who don’t have their own, and we request you wear them when indoors in crowded conditions. What’s crowded? Better to wear them indoors anyway.
We will be abiding by Governor Phil Scott’s recommendations at the time of the rally. Be healthy, be safe, and we look forward to seeing you.
